I provide an independent technical review of your project's information pack, interrogating the drawings, specifications, surveys, reports, planning information and Employer's Requirements to identify gaps, contradictions, potential buildability issues and areas requiring further investigation.

Structured Technical Risk & Information Matrix: A clear, practical risk register identifying potential design, coordination, buildability and scope risks, together with the information or specialist input required to investigate them.
Employer's Requirements & Cost Information Review: A review of the Employer's Requirements and available cost information to identify apparent scope gaps, specification inconsistencies and areas where the information may not support a reliable cost assessment.

Where an issue requires specialist technical, legal, planning or financial advice, I identify it and recommend the appropriate specialist input. You work directly with me throughout the review.
